This hilltop destination is located at a distance of 75 km from Kotdwar and closer to very beautiful and popular hill station Lansdowne. Easy road and rail transportation is available. Trains are available daily from National Capital New Delhi to Kotdwar. The nearest airport from the Resort is Jolly Grant in Dehradun for which daily flight from different airlines are available.
In every season Vanvasa provides a complete exposure to the nature from all corners. The endless range of Kanda Hills running parallel to the Resort, binds your sight with its charismatic view. Delhi to Meerut by Pass. Reach Cheetal Grand. Take a right turn from Cheetal Grand. You will reach Khatauli Town. From Khatauli town you will have to again take a right turn to follow the road Jansath and Meerapur Chowk. From Meerapur Chowk take a left turn to Bijnore. GPS Works on this route. Next will be Nazibabad and from there to Kotdwara.
Kothdwar – Dugadda 15 Kms. Take a right turn to the Jungle drive. You will find The Vanvasa Board at this point. Please note The Last Fuel station is also at Dugadda.
Dugadda to Sindhikhal (11 Kms) - Uphill
Sindhikhal to Dhontiyal (14 Kms) - Mix of Uphill & Downhill
Dhontiyal – Rathuadhab (19 Kms) Mix of Uphill & Down Hill
Rathuadhab – Gadiyonpul (20 Kms) - Plain - & Uphill
Before 300m u need to take a left turn drive 3 kms [You will find Vanvasa board here] towards Jui village @ Vanvasa Resort. This last 3 kms road is unpaved & the ride is steep.
The phone network will be available only at Sindhikhal/ Dhontiyal / Rathuwadhab and the once you reach near to the Resort.
